About this position

The Analyst, Policy & Governance position involves driving automation and supporting various initiatives related to risk management, portfolio monitoring, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• Drive automation to improve the effectiveness of portfolio monitoring process.
• Support to establish appropriate benchmark or threshold for respective portfolio according to Bank regulations.
• Support initiatives for WRB Risk in data management capability.
• Support initiatives in the digital partnership and automation process from credit risk perspective to support the Bank strategy.
• Ensure all the reporting always comply with applicable regulations or standard.
• Monitor all the portfolio credit risk benchmark within the applicable threshold.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks from data management perspective.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all the development or bug fixes meet predetermined standards before releasing to the portfolio application/products.
• Produce, Review and Monitor digital partnership portfolio reports related.
• Produce monthly Loan Impairment monitoring and communicate to the stakeholders.
• Support input partnership metrics report from Credit team.
• Review Wealth Management concentration metrics and ensure all the methodology comply with the standards.
• Support monthly portfolio quality review data preparation for digital partnership.
• Maintain ECL and Provision numbers for digital partnership products.
• Risk Appetite submission monitoring in the mass market data.

Requirements

Requirements include:
• Education: Bachelor.
• Languages: English, Bahasa.
• Communication skills.
• MIS coding SAS, Python, SQL.
