About this position

The Engineering Technician position involves performing various technical tasks related to mechanical engineering, ensuring high quality and standards in projects, and coordinating teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Plan projects, design, calculate, supervise construction, set standards, estimate costs, install, experiment, test, or perform maintenance tasks that require technical knowledge in mechanical engineering.
• Study, develop, and improve mechanical engineering tasks to ensure high quality and standards.
• Collect and analyze issues with machinery and structures related to mechanical engineering work.
• Prepare specifications and specific technical requirements for mechanical engineering projects.
• Inspect structural designs and production support equipment.
• Coordinate both internal and external teamwork.
• Prepare user manuals and maintenance guidelines for new and current machinery using Planned Maintenance principles.
• Train maintenance and production staff on machinery maintenance and adjustment.
• Operate under quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, and other standards.
• Take responsibility for communicating various information to subordinates to ensure awareness of quality policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial factory.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Myanmar nationality.
• Good English communication skills.
