Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee product portfolio management, including product development, pricing strategies, and product life-cycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles (beauty industry preferred).
• Proven track record of success in product portfolio management or customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Results-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
