About this position
We are seeking a Retail Operation Director who can lead our team and drive success in our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail management and operations, with a deep understanding of retail sales processes and store management. Experience managing a large retail chain is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events
Requirements
• Master's degree or above in a relevant field
• Significant experience in retail development, retail management and operations, with a minimum of 15 years
• Deep understanding of retail sales processes and store operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to strategize and execute plans aligned with business objectives
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
