Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing
About this position
The Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing will support trade marketing activities for assigned customers and channels, manage promotional budgets, and lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Responsibilities
• Assist to trade marketing activities for a group of assigned customers and specific channels
• Assist to plan and maintain promotional budget
• Perform BTL activities planning & execution
• Prepare & analyse monthly sales result
• Project accurate sales forecast based on sales trend
• Maintain customer relationships for future purchases
• Participates/leads in marketing events, such as marketing sampling & pop up events as needed
• Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
• Lead & execute new marketing strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals
• Lead the corporate marketing initiatives via social media to launch content campaigns designed to drive and measure leads and increase company's awareness
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG or Consumer Products.
• Having a cross functional experience such as in Marketing, Modern Trade or General Trade sales experience is added advantage.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
