About this position

The Construction Lead will oversee construction activities for a 6-month renewable contract, ensuring project success through effective strategy development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Developing a comprehensive construction strategy aligned with all work scopes to ensure project success from engineering through startup.
• Taking proactive leadership in guiding contractors and owner teams to complete projects safely, with quality, on schedule and within budget.
• Organizing and directing multi-disciplinary offsite construction activities as delegated.
• Comprehending project scopes, enforcing applicable codes, standards, and fulfilling state/local obligations.
• Utilizing company and local construction management procedures, workflows and practices.
• Be actively involved/ engaged taskforces/assignments.
• Empower organization to deliver exceptional value through the innovation and growth mindset.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5-10 years experiences in project construction management, preferably in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical or related industries.
• Experience and practical knowledge in construction management, QA/QC process.
• Strong stakeholder management and quality management and related engineering knowledge.
• Good communication in English and computer literacy are required.
• Team player and proactive with good leadership skill.
