About this position

The Maintenance Leader is responsible for managing maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and leading a team of engineers to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point with the CLIENT for all instructions and clarifications to meet Project requirements with high quality.
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance engineers.
• Produce, review, and ensure the quality of maintenance deliverables according to the project contract scope of work, instructions, and COMPANY standards.
• Make proposals for the continuous improvement of the team.
• Primarily responsible for developing/supervising the global maintenance plan in accordance with the system and equipment.
• Involve in preparing/supervising Maintenance Work Instructions and Maintenance Procedures.
• Perform and supervise data tabulation/implementation into CMMS templates.
• Understand the functions of the various equipment & instruments and have thorough knowledge of reading/interpreting engineering drawings.
• Contribute to the quality assurance/control of procedures and deliverables.
• Proactively highlight any engineering best practices or standards in deliverables as part of the team continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish a technical link between engineering, general specifications, and engineering standards, and fully integrate this link into maintenance and spare parts deliverables.
• Vigilantly highlight any technical engineering deviations, non-conformance, or unacceptable risks to the superior hierarchy level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance/Reliability field, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record with Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Preventive Maintenance would be advantageous.
• Knowledge in 3D model review, CMMS, spare parts, and asset data management.
• Possess leadership, team management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
