Maintenance Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure the quality of maintenance deliverables in accordance with the project contract scope of work, instructions, and COMPANY standards.
• Propose continuous improvements for the Team.
• Take primary responsibility for developing a global maintenance plan in alignment with the established Maintenance strategy.
• Participate in preparing Maintenance Work Instructions, Maintenance Procedures, Lubrication Plans, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) documentation.
• Perform data tabulation and implementation into CMMS templates.
• Understand the functions of various equipment and instruments, with thorough knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Contribute to the quality assurance and control of procedures and deliverables.
• Proactively incorporate engineering best practices or standards into deliverables as part of the Team’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish a technical link between engineering, general specifications, and engineering standards, fully integrating this link into maintenance and spare parts deliverables.
• Diligently highlight any technical engineering deviations, non-conformance, or unacceptable risks to the superior hierarchy.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record with 1-3 years of experience in Maintenance/Reliability field, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Spare Parts Management would be an advantage.
• Possess problem-solving, reporting, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
