E&I Engineer
About this position
The E&I Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities
• Designing electrical and instrumentation systems for the projects, from initial concept to final construction, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the project and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop technical specifications and standards for electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring that they meet the necessary safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the most appropriate electrical and instrumentation systems for a project, taking into account factors such as cost, efficiency, and environmental impact.
• Procuring equipment and materials for the electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring that they meet the project's requirements and specifications.
• Supervising installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring that they are installed correctly and operate efficiently.
• Maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring that they continue to operate efficiently and safely over time.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Control or Instrument Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in related fields
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry would be an advantage
• Good command of English both written and spoken
