About this position
Responsibilities
HSE part
• Ensure that the HSE Management system is established and implemented within the given perimeter.
• Ensure strict compliance within the perimeter of all HSE policies and procedures.
• Achieve and maintain ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 certification.
• Monitor HSE performance and advice management as required.
• Ensure that an approved HSE plan is established prior to the implementation of any project.
• Coordinate HSE activities within the perimeter and in relation with the Regional HSE coordinator.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all legal and corporate HSE requirements and practices.
• Effectively promote HSE awareness with the management, region and staff.
Quality part
• Develop and implement the company QHSE Management system.
• Achieve and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Monitor QMS performance and advice management as required.
• Ensure that an approved Quality plan is established prior to implementation of any project.
• Coordinate QMS activities within the perimeter and in relation with the Regional HSE coordinator.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all corporate Quality requirements and practices.
• Promote QMS awareness within the management, region and staff.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety (Certified with Professional Safety Officer).
• Proven 5 years’ experience in QHSE functions within Oil & Gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
• Understanding of ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems.
• Strong Leadership and workload management.
• Computer literacy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
