Responsibilities
• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing requirements and recommend qualified candidates.
• Establish and maintain a talent database to support current and future hiring needs.
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits administration.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of benefits programs to align with employee needs and organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits, welfare, and related inquiries.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace through effective communication and proactive conflict resolution.
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement policies and frameworks to strengthen employee relations.
• Plan, organize, and participate in initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, welfare, and employee relations.
• Proven knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in English and Thai.
• Solution-oriented.
• Positive attitude and reliable.
• Full Service mind, good interpersonal skill, able to handle confidentiality.
• Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize.
