About this position

The Account Executive position at Sphere Agency requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to work closely with clients on digital marketing strategies and projects.

Responsibilities

• Target potential clients and develop relationships to meet business requirements and achieve growth.
• Sell agency services.
• Understand client's business and competitive market.
• Assist in digital project management and brand strategy.
• Develop integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Participate in client meetings and status calls.
• Manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
• Evaluate and report on online campaign results.
• Document and communicate client activities and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 0-2 years experience in Advertising Agency or related field.
• Good English/Thai communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite Apps.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Experience in key account management.
• Knowledge of online marketing and technology trends.
• Time management and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Fast learner of new technologies.
• Strategic thinking and creativity.
• Maintain quality work ethic.
