About this position
Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients by researching their needs and understanding market trends.
• Develop personalized sales strategies to position our services effectively for prospective clients.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking all stages from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the agency’s offerings align with client needs once a deal is closed.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously evolve sales tactics and ensure a competitive edge.
• Report on sales progress, performance, and pipeline management to ensure goals are met.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in the marketing or advertising field.
• Proven success in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet/exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to apply it to meet client needs.
• Ability to think strategically and tailor sales approaches to target specific client challenges.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to generate and close sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and track progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Ability to use Google Suite Apps.
• Good accounting and corporate tax knowledge.
• Time management: ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to details.
• Cheerful, self-initiative, good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner of new technologies.
• Good strategic thinking and analytical skills.
