Human Resource and Administration Director
About this position
SP Group is seeking a Human Resource and Administration Director to lead and manage HR and administrative functions in Thailand, supporting the overall business strategy and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement HR Policies: Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures that align with the business strategy and comply with labour regulations.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Create and implement strategies for talent acquisition and development to support business growth, leading recruitment efforts to achieve long-term company goals.
• Organizational Structure: Collaborate with business leaders to design an efficient organizational structure.
• Mergers and Acquisitions: Engage in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, assessing HR implications and developing integration plans.
• HR Program Management: Oversee all HR programs and initiatives within the company.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive the performance management process, including goal/KPI setting and assessments.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations and engagement, including resolving labour issues.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll vendor management to ensure consistent and timely delivery of HR services.
• Administrative Oversight: Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes.
• Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory of office supplies and manage the purchase of new materials, furniture, and service supplies.
• Budget Preparation: Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Documentation Management: Manage and maintain key office documentation and filing systems.
• IT Coordination: Coordinate IT support with the SP headquarters and/or IT vendors.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplines from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.
