Business Development Manager (Sustainable energy/HVAC)
About this position
The Business Development Manager will focus on developing and implementing sustainable energy solutions, supporting market expansion, and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement: Build and maintain a pipeline of sustainable energy solution opportunities and projects. Support the go-to-market strategy for SP Group’s expansion in Thai markets.
• Evaluate and Coordinate: Understand customer needs and requirement for CaaS. Perform high-level technical study and commercial proposal for CaaS opportunities. Coordinate and execute transactions, including commercial and technical, aspects.
• Engage and Collaborate: Engage with all levels internally and externally to support business development activities. Identify opportunities to enhance collaborations with existing partners.
• Report and Present: Prepare presentations and reports on project activities and performance to update and get Management’s buy-in.
• Network and Connect: Leverage an extensive network in HVAC equipment suppliers, EPC contractors, and customer base to facilitate business development.
• Research and Analyze: Conduct market research on energy-smart and eco-innovation segments. Track market and regulatory developments to provide insights. Stay current with latest developments in the HVAC industry and adjust strategy as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business development or Technical sale in HVAC industry with strong technical background.
• Familiar with Thai and international Standards for HVAC
