About this position

The Marketing Executive - Talent Pool is responsible for managing and executing various marketing initiatives, particularly in the realm of social media and digital marketing, to enhance brand visibility and performance.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks
• Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand’s products, services, etc.
• Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
• Manage and coordinate trade, consumer, and channel promotions
• Oversee and manage the implementation of digital marketing activations across all trade channels, working closely with the regional marketing team.
• Lead new product launch activities in the trade, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to achieve set milestones, including pipelining and sales presenter development.
• Evaluate impact of marketing initiatives (pre/post activity reports, ROI analysis), identifying category opportunities that contribute to market performance.
• Ensure that marketing execution aligns with both customer and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with retail distributor's merchandising team to optimize product visibility.

Requirements

• About 2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Have passion in electronic product & gadget
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot)
• Able to modify approach based on context & needs
• Ensure quality & timeliness of work, and strives to achieve business goals
• Diligently attends to details and pursue quality in accomplishing task
