The Plant HR Specialist position requires a qualified individual to manage HR functions within a multinational company, focusing on training, talent management, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• At least 3 years working experience in HR function and experience in a multinational company
• Proven experience in Human Resources, particularly in training and development, Talents Management and Organization development
• Ability to command in English is Must
• Knowledge in Thai Labor law
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS
• Detail oriented and sense of urgency
• Good communication skills and service mind
• Self-starter with the abilities to work independently
