The Sales Service position involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships while assisting the sales team and ensuring timely fulfillment of services.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide detailed product/service information and answer questions.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Confirm orders with customers, including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, procurement) to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer accounts and sales databases, updating relevant information.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including order status and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction post-sales to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage client feedback and work with the sales team to improve service offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain an organized filing system for orders and customer documentation.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
