About this position

The QMR Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality management system in the factory, managing quality audits, representing the company in coordinating with external agencies regarding ISO systems, providing guidance to departments for effective corrective and preventive actions, promoting compliance with work systems and requirements, and conducting system evaluations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Report on the performance and effectiveness of the system to consultants or management for review and implementation as a basis for improving ISO systems
• Manage the quality management system in the factory
• Receive audits from customers on quality issues NC/CAR/PAR
• Act as a company representative to coordinate with external agencies on ISO systems
• Provide guidance to each department to ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
• Promote compliance with work systems and other relevant requirements to ensure correct and complete implementation of various requirements
• Conduct system evaluations internally and externally to improve systems in line with relevant requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or related field
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and operating quality systems and QA functions
• Stable experience in managing ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems, with consideration for higher global quality systems such as ISO22176, ISO13485, BRC, Halal, TGA, OHSAS18001
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and quality systems
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Proficient in English
• Good interpersonal skills, high level of responsibility, and ownership mentality
