About this position

The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate computer records, preparing procurement documents, resolving procurement-related issues, and liaising with relevant departments.

• Monitor inventory levels to plan product orders
• Track deliveries from suppliers
• Maintain accurate computer records
• Prepare procurement documents and correspondence with suppliers
• Resolve procurement-related issues
• Coordinate with relevant departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in procurement and contracting
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication with suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle or car
• Available to start immediately preferred
