About this position

The ผู้จัดการฝ่ายกฎหมาย is responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents for the company. They also provide legal advice to support management decision-making, negotiate disputes, and handle various legal cases as the company's attorney. Additionally, they ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, and may be assigned other duties by superiors.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents for the company
• Provide legal advice to support management decision-making
• Negotiate disputes and handle various legal cases as the company's attorney
• Provide legal advice on lawsuits, litigation, and enforcement of legal actions
• Review contract expiration dates and notify relevant parties to take necessary actions for contract renewal or new procurement
• Advise various departments on working in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies
• Trustworthy and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience and understanding of construction projects will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Thai (speaking and writing), proficiency in English is highly desired
• Good personality, quick learner, proactive, positive attitude, result-oriented
• At least 3-5 years of experience in construction or project-related work
