About this position
The Project HRGA Admin position involves supporting operational and administrative tasks, assisting leaders during business trips, and maintaining employee data.
Responsibilities
• Support operational and administrative task such as work order, travel expense form, and other supporting needs
• Assisst leader/personnel on every official business trip, including expense reports.
• Provide services for office stationary requests.
• Maintain and verify employee attendance and other data related to employee activities.
• Maintain Employee Master Data in the HRIS system.
• Make PO/PR payment if there is a need for payment to external parties (vendor)
• Responsible for ensuring each payment is paid before the due date
Requirements
• Minimum D3/S1 from all majors
• At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position as Admin Support or HRGA.
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel & Word).
• Willing to go on business trip when required
