Service Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Service for product installation at customer site both local and oversea.
• Service for inspection product at customer site.
• Customer site service for machine maintains, problem solving, application explanation.
• Training course to provide to the customer technician / operator / engineer.
• Coordinate as a teamwork with Service Admin, Sales Administrator and Technical Support Engineer.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor / Master degree's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of CNC-EDM operation and maintenance will be advantage. Grinding/ Cutting / Machine Tools.
• Good attitude, service mind and able to work under pressure.
• Work experience in Japanese company before is preferable.
• Freshly graduated we welcome.
• Can drive and have driver license.
• Knowledge of quality system, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
• Work alternate Saturdays. (ทำงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills.
• Having basic knowledge about Service Engineer would be an advantage.
