About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the Sodexo HSE Management system is established and implemented at site /segment operation unit level.
• Ensure strict compliance with all HSE policies and procedures include legal registration.
• Established, implemented and maintained,
• Site Risk register and Risk Assessment (RA), Environmental Assessment (EA) or Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Site legal registration and compliance monitoring.
• Safety Net / Life Safety Hazard Assessment.
• Permit to Work.
• Contractor Management and Control
• Business Continuity Plan (BCP) / Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
• Zero Harm Mindset Safety culture program.
• Quality Management System.
• Coordinate HSE activities within the site /unit operation in relation with the Country HSE team
• Provide QHSE related performance statistics and report.
• Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis including corrective and preventive action.
• Conduct QHSE training following training plan and requirement.
• Ensure site inspection; workplace safety inspection, safety observation and safety walk. implemented at site according to requirements.
• Participate and support in QHSE internal and external audit for both Sodexo and client audit.
• Develop work instruction following HSE and Quality Management requirements.
• Participate and be member of safety committee.
• Participate and be management system working team member and internal auditor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree on Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Safety Officer at professional level or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 1-3 years experiences in Occupational Health and Safety System.
• Experience in relevant Management System-ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO14001, as well as legal legislation are advantages.
• Ability to travel in multiple locations.
• Ability to travel in remote site (Offshore) (for E&R business unit)
