Accountant ( Temporary )
About this position
The Accountant (Temporary) position involves managing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, expense claims, and VAT reporting.
Responsibilities
•Record account payable both suppliers and employees
•Record cheque request both suppliers and employees
•Record expense claim and petty cash reimbursement
•Record journal voucher for month end closing
•Prepare input, filing VAT report and VAT reconciliation
•Record and prepare AP reconciliation
•Prepare ad hoc management reports upon request
•Perform miscellaneous jobs related duties as assigned
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting
•At least 2-3 years’ experience in accounting field
•Able to use Accounting Program, Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP), Power point and Internet
•Teamwork, deadline and detail oriented, accuracy, adapt to change
