Area Sales Coordinator Semarang
About this position
Looking for an experienced sales talent with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead & maintain day to day sales activity through Sales Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Improvement in Sub Cluster, Territory Management, People Management.
Responsibilities
• Translate regional sales business plan into sub cluster tactical sales plan in order to achieve business target.
• Maintain the execution & improvement of selling process by salesforce (SGL, SGS, MD) through Journey Cycle with clear communication, strong leadership & discipline execution.
• Manage distributor & outlet (according to priority of outlet classification) through strong relationship to maintain and also creating the opportunity of scaling up the sales volume.
• Monitor & ensure outlet branding program & materials (POSM) are fulfilled in accordance with merchandising standard.
• Maintain sub cluster productivity in order to gain high level of sales volume also increase utilization of low BTS revenue.
• Monitor AVA standard in order to ensure product availability, visibility & advocacy throughout outlet are performed by Sub Clusters salesforce
• Maintain salesforce capability, morale, motivation, also fulfilment to ensure business continuity.
• Provide recommendation of salesforce evaluation & rotation to keep the salesforce are put on the right place also reducing the salesforce attrition rate
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in any field
• 3+ years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Result oriented
• Telco Product & Network Knowledge will be an advantage.
