Retail Marketing Manager for Sleepwell Group
About this position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Retail and Showroom Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across all physical locations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and create memorable in-store experiences.
Responsibilities
• Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition in target markets through retail and showroom activations, collaborations, and local partnerships.
• Foot Traffic Generation: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving foot traffic to physical locations, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store events.
• Marketing Materials: Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to design and produce impactful marketing materials, such as brochures, in-store displays, signage, and promotional assets.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the in-store customer journey through strategic marketing initiatives that communicate product value, drive engagement, and elevate the brand experience.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and operations to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with sales goals and in-store activities.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for offline stores and showrooms, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ working experience and a proven track record of hitting KPIs and driving success in organizations.
• Prior experience in a marketing-related role in Retail: Showroom or Store is highly valued.
• Demonstrable record of developing a successful campaign that drives users or revenue.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a high-pressure environment.
