Live Streamer for Sleep Happy (Sleepwell Group)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for conducting live streams on the brand’s Tiktok platform.
• Able to run the sessions independently, including planning, scheduling, and live streaming product sales on Tiktok for 4 hours a day.
• Comfortable communicating on camera, engaging with viewers, and persuading them to purchase products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, graphics, and slides for live streams to align with daily campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor, review, and understand the performance of live streams.
• Continuously study speaking techniques, presentation methods, and new techniques to keep the content engaging.
• Act as a host for events and promotional activities on certain occasions, such as events or promotional booths.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, propose ideas, shoot, edit, and post at least four videos per week on the brand's Tiktok channel.
• Respond to customer comments on Tiktok quickly and professionally.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
• No gender restrictions; passionate about live streaming.
• Talkative, quick-witted, with a good personality, fun, and approachable.
• Strong product presentation skills, persuasive in sales, and confident in front of the camera.
• Quick learner regarding product knowledge, with good problem-solving skills.
• Experience as a host, blogger, or streamer will be considered an advantage.
• Flexible to work during weekends and outside normal working hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Always eager to learn new things.
