About this position

The Accounts Receivable (AR) for our Bedding and Mattress Manufacturing and Distributor company is a key leadership position responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable processes, and collections. The AR will ensure efficient revenue recognition, timely collections, and compliance with accounting standards while leveraging ERP systems. Previous experience in a Manufacturing and Distributor company with B2B (Project Sales) is essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating and opening invoices.
• Reconciling advanced received deposits.
• Maintaining debtors in system.
• Reconciling P.P. 30
• Making commission reports.
• Making bills and following up with messenger.
• Calculating the Commission Calculation for Project Sales Team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Must be a Thailand citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Management, with a strong background in Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for financial transactions and reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to revenue recognition.
• Good in written and spoken English skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Can start working immediately, willing to be high consideration & be plus.
