About this position

The Technical Solution (Presales) position involves collaborating with the sales team to provide technical support and solutions that align with customer needs, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities, provide guidance, present, and deliver technical information about products to customers.
• Summarize business requirements and customer journey into visual or flow representations that are easy to understand, enabling the delivery of solutions that align with customer needs.
• Prepare documentation based on business requirements suitable for both government and private sector projects.
• Design solution architectures, analyze pros and cons, and estimate constraints to plan appropriate management strategies.
• Coordinate the creation of Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects, and collaborate with product partners to manage product booking and planning resources effectively.
• Prepare and oversee product testing (Demo or POC) and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful testing.
• Create and manage technical files and documentation, including Technical Proposals, POC documents, Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Compliance (SoC), and highlight Data Sheets according to SoC requirements.
• Prepare and support the preparation of multiple project solutions simultaneously, managing no fewer than 5 projects at the same time, with each project possibly being at different stages (e.g., requirements gathering, solution development, bidding, etc.).
• Present solutions to customers by clearly demonstrating the benefits, addressing customer challenges, and showcasing the value for money.
• Define project scopes to coordinate with other internal teams, such as project management, installation, and service teams, for accurate cost estimation and preparation of implementation plans before and after project acquisition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience in IT business, pre-sales, or related fields such as Network, Server, Storage, Virtualization, CCTV.
• Understanding of network, server, storage, and resource management to meet customer requirements.
• Strong time management skills to deliver solutions on time and address customer needs.
• Willingness to learn and quickly grasp new technologies (Multiple Technologies Learning Ability), with a personal development plan and prioritized learning list to be discussed with the unit head, covering areas such as Big Data, Data Center, System, Network, CCTV, Video Analytics, etc.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions confidently.
• Strong negotiation, consulting, and presentation skills.
