Social Media Specialist
About this position
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing social media advertising campaigns, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and optimize ad strategies based on campaign goals, including sales, brand awareness, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI.
• Identify and engage with Influencers and KOLs across social media platforms and other channels to create impactful campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and KOLs on content creation, promotions, product reviews, and live streaming events.
• Foster long-term relationships with influencers to drive ongoing partnerships.
• Plan and manage Affiliate Programs across social media and blogs, leveraging affiliate links and discount codes to drive sales and leads.
• Track affiliate performance, and adjust strategies to maximize results and ensure profitable partnerships.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, ads, and affiliate promotions using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Instagram Insights.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, Conversion Rates, ROI, and Engagement Rates to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Create and present post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to optimize reach and results.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while maximizing returns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality content for social media platforms (posts, stories, videos, and live streaming).
• Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone and messaging, while engaging the target audience.
• Maintain strong relationships with Influencers, KOLs, Affiliate Partners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the campaign process, from planning through execution and performance analysis.
Requirements
• Proficient in creating and managing ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Able to analyze ad performance and optimize accordingly.
• Experience in identifying and collaborating with Influencers and KOLs to amplify brand awareness and drive results.
• Experience in managing Affiliate Programs, tracking performance, and optimizing affiliate partnerships for maximum ROI.
• Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Instagram Insights to monitor, report, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
