S/4 HANA Integration Expert
About this position
The S/4 HANA Integration Expert will lead integration efforts during the transition period, ensuring all functional leaders understand their roles and responsibilities while managing interdependencies and risks associated with the integration process.
Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct the Integration Team Kickoff Meeting so that all functional integration leaders understand their roles and responsibilities during the transition period
• Assist with the launch of functional integration teams so they understand their charters and are organized for success
• Brief the acquired management team and client so that they understand the integration process and how it will impact them
• Escalate issues requiring senior-level input so they are resolved quickly and effectively
• Manage the interdependencies between functions so activities are prioritized and sequenced correctly
• Evaluate the risks associated with an integration and mitigate them to the most reasonable extent possible
• Ensure exit criteria are met
• Document any handoffs to business line leaders at the end of the transition period
• Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitions
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor degree, Accounting/ Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science or related major
• Minimum 10-year experience in IT environment.
• Minimum 5-year experience in S/4 HANA Integration experience.
• Have at least 1 full-cycle SAP or platform integration implementation experience.
• Have at least 1 full-cycle work experience related to analysis, design, and connection maintenance, continuity and consistency of data between the enterprise resource management system and the utility system.
• Experience in SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration and Cloud Platform Integration is a plus.
• Good English communication
• Having utility, Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
