About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize sales channels on websites and marketplaces.
• Utilize tools like Seller Center to enhance sales performance.
• Plan and create promotional campaigns that align with customer needs based on market data and purchasing behavior.
• Manage budget allocations in line with promotional plans and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with inventory and customer service teams to address issues and improve overall store performance.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop campaigns and negotiate effectively.
• Communicate and coordinate with external brands and partners.
• Work with the content team to create and improve relevant content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to develop advertising materials and banners.
• Summarize campaign performance and sales results for assigned channels.
• Possess knowledge of online advertising platforms such as In-App Ads, FB Ads, and Google Ads.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or online sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creative thinking for content and campaign development.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising tools.
• Project management skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Understanding of e-commerce products and market trends.
