About this position

ตำแหน่ง IT Support (Project Engineer) จะรับผิดชอบในการสนับสนุนการใช้งาน Software/Application และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงการดำเนินงานโครงการต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.

Responsibilities

• สนับสนุนการจัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการใช้งาน Software/Application พร้อมให้ข้อมูล ตอบคำถามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตรที่จัดทำ รวมถึงการใช้งานระบบ cloud ให้ลูกค้า
• ทำการวินิจฉัย และแก้ไขปัญหาในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ผ่านระบบ ticket
• Visit site ในการสนับสนุนการ migration data
• ติดต่อประสานงาน Vendor
• ดำเนินงานโครงการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปโครงการ (และ/หรือ รายงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ร้องขอ) ให้ทีมผู้บริหาร และลูกค้า

Requirements

• มีประสบการณ์ 4-5 ปีขึ้นไป ในด้านการสนับสนุนด้านไอที ผู้ดูแลระบบศูนย์ข้อมูล หรือตำแหน่งทางเทคนิคอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Virtual Machine Platforms และ Monitoring Software เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ data base, SQL, MySQL
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่ต่างจังหวัดได้
