About this position

As an HRIS Specialist at SKY Group, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, designing, and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure that it aligns with the strategic goals of the HR department and the overall organization. You will be responsible for improving HR processes, ensuring seamless system administration, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors to drive the continuous enhancement of the HRIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource management, coupled with the technical know-how to manage and improve HR systems.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and Design HR System:
• Assess the current HRIS setup, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement system solutions that enhance HR processes, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Work with internal HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements and improvements.

• Process Improvement:
• Analyze HR workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or opportunities for automation.
• Develop and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and data accuracy within the HR function.
• Ensure HR systems and processes are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.

• System Administration:
• Administer, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of HR systems, including configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and ensure the system is optimized for end users.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality across HR systems.

• Partnership with Internal and External Stakeholders:
• Collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT, and other departments to ensure that HRIS solutions meet the needs of various business units.
• Work with external HR system vendors to stay updated on new features, troubleshoot system issues, and manage system upgrades.
• Lead HRIS-related training for HR team members and other employees as needed.

• Human Resource Management Understanding:
• Leverage a deep understanding of HR management processes to provide expert advice on how HR systems can be designed and customized to improve HR service delivery.
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices to recommend relevant HRIS solutions and functionalities that support business growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HR systems (HRIS) or in HR operations, with a focus on system administration and process optimization.
• Proven experience in designing, evaluating, and implementing HRIS solutions.

• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to apply that knowledge to system design and improvements.
• Solid experience in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex data.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and report generation.
• Excellent communication skills.
