About this position

The Change Consultant is responsible for preparing strategies and managing change plans, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategies, guidelines, and change management plans.
• Monitor and manage the change plan progress.
• Perform stakeholder analysis of the project.
• Prepare Media and organize communication activities, training, including.
• Assessment readiness for business change.

Requirements

• Minimum BA degree Human Resource Management, Business, IT.
• Minimum 10-year working experience.
• Minimum 3-year experience in Change Management project.
• Having S/4 HANA experience is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
