About this position

As the AVP - Human Resource Management at SKY Group, you will oversee and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s growth and operational goals. This role focuses on managing all HR functions, including mass recruitment, budget and manpower planning, salary range structuring, labor law compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with SKY Group’s corporate objectives, supporting business goals across recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to drive HR initiatives that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, with a particular focus on managing mass recruitment drives to meet the company’s high-volume hiring needs.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for both entry-level and specialized roles, ensuring timely staffing for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and plan recruitment activities.
• Lead annual HR budgeting, including cost forecasting for recruitment, salaries, benefits, and training programs to align with corporate financial targets.
• Develop and manage salary structures, ensuring competitive and equitable salary ranges across roles and functions, aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct manpower planning to assess future workforce needs, enabling the organization to respond proactively to growth requirements or seasonal demands.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with local labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring that all HR operations meet legal and ethical standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for labor law compliance, staying updated on regulatory changes and adapting HR policies to maintain full compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure company-wide adherence to HR policies and legal standards, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment by overseeing employee relations, addressing employee concerns, and managing conflict resolution effectively.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to increase satisfaction, reduce turnover, and promote SKY Group’s values and culture.
• Implement feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gauge employee sentiment and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Support managers in handling employee issues, grievances.

Requirements

• Extensive HR experience, with a strong background in workforce planning, HR budgeting, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations to promote an effective and legally sound HR operation.
