About this position
The Application/Software Support position involves managing daily operations, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating software installations while providing customer support and maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Perform operations according to assigned projects and day-to-day operations, including support daily incidents.
• The coordination for the installation of the software and system connection in the responsible area.
• To be the first tier who handle incident and troubleshoot problem.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report to customer.
• Able to give suggestion customer and support implementing work.
• Coordinate with customer and partner.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience in Software, Application Support, or related fields of no less than 1-5 years.
• Database knowledge as MySQL, mongo db.
• Security System (Firewall, Proxy, AAA Authentication)
• Network Management System (Network & System Monitoring)
• Having professional certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Linux, IT security) will be considered a plus.
