About this position
Responsibilities
• Implement the project as assigned.
• Transfer knowledge, organize training, and support the operational performance of the team.
• Report progress, issues, and obstacles from the health zone.
• Inspect the operation of the system software provided by the company and ensure that all systems are in good working condition and fully operational.
• Provide consultation to users regarding the system software provided by the company, troubleshoot basic issues related to accessing service areas and online operations, and coordinate with technical experts to resolve problems quickly.
• Advise the Call Center team on resolving issues in the responsible health zone.
• Advise and support the data migration from the old system to the new system as developed and provided by the company.
• Coordinate software installation and system integration in the responsible health zone, including communication with vendors.
• Prepare project summary reports (and/or other requested reports) for the project management team and clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience in Software, Application Support, or related fields more than 5 years.
• Database knowledge as MySQL, mongo db.
• Security System (Firewall, Proxy, AAA Authentication)
• Network Management System (Network & System Monitoring)
• Having professional certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Linux, IT security) will be considered a plus.
