About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ(ระยอง) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดการงานธุรการต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานขององค์กร.

Responsibilities

• รับและโอนโทรศัพท์เข้าให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และโทรศัพท์ออกเพื่อติดต่องาน
• เบิก-จ่ายและแจ้งขอซื้ออุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียน ของใช้สำนักงาน
• นำไฟล์จากอุปกรณ์ภายนอกเข้าระบบ(File Upload)และจัดส่งข้อมูล
• จัดเตรียมสถานที่สำหรับการประชุม และ/หรือฝึกอบรม
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• ปวส. - ป.ตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
• ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ในงาน
• ความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษ เขียน อ่านพื้นฐานได้
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม MS Word, MS Excel พื้นฐานได้ดี
