About this position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior IT Sales Executive (Account Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidates should be self-motivated with can-do attitude, having service-minded, target-oriented, teamwork oriented and high sense of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies for enterprise clients in the Financial Services Industry (e.g., banks, fintech).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned FSI accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling tailored IT solutions that address the evolving needs of financial services organizations.
• Lead the full sales cycle for FSI accounts, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that directly address client needs within the FSI sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, in assigned FSI accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with client goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor account performance, track market trends, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery to FSI clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales, with a focus on the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts within the FSI sector and delivering tailored IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels within FSI organizations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a deep focus on addressing the unique challenges of the FSI sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
