About this position
The Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Outsourcing Service) is responsible for attracting top talent through various sourcing strategies, building relationships with candidates and clients, and managing the recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
Responsibilities
• Research and develop new sourcing channels and strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Analyze job requirements from clients.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers from clients and provide feedback on candidates.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date outsource employee records and files.
• Coordinate with the payroll team regarding time attendance and benefits.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, such as software developers, testers, and system analysts.
• Knowledge of IT outsourcing industry trends and best practices.
• Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
