About this position

The Project Coordinator & Resource Management position involves collaborating with various divisions and stakeholders to manage projects and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple technical/business divisions and senior stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, budget, and other important information for the team.
• Liaise with related parties to identify and define project status, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, manage arising issues, and analyze risks and opportunities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Understand team needs, preferences, and skills to effectively match resources to roles.
• Develop short-term and long-term resource supply plans based on current and future demand.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of resource demands assigned to their pool and ensure proper staffing.
• Identify resources from within the pool or "borrow" from another resource pool to fill roles.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on resource allocation and project staffing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; degrees in computer engineering, computer science, MIS, or related fields are a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination.
• Capability to understand and appreciate a project's perspective on unfilled demand.
• Proven experience coordinating teams and working with all levels of management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English proficiency.
