Partner & Alliance Executive (Experienced Level)
About this position
We are seeking an experienced Partner & Alliance Executive (Experienced Level) to drive and strengthen our relationships with key technology partners and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing partnerships, negotiating deals, and enabling internal teams with the knowledge and tools necessary for success. This role will focus on maximizing partner opportunities, growing market share, and ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the latest information on products, pricing, and trends to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and Nurture Partner Relationships:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners and distributors, addressing all matters related to product offerings, pricing, promotions, and overall partnership success.
• Negotiate with Partners:
• Lead negotiations with partners to ensure favorable terms and agreements that align with business goals, including product pricing, promotional opportunities, and partnership incentives.
• Enablement Sales Pitch & Product Training:
• Develop and deliver internal training programs for sales and technical teams to build a deep understanding of partner products, ensuring they are equipped to drive sales and provide technical support.
• Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales teams to create joint go-to-market strategies with partners, generating qualified leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Drive Partner Strategy & Market Development:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for engaging partners in initiatives that enhance market penetration and promote business growth, while aligning with overall company objectives.
• Manage Compliance & Agreements:
• Ensure that all partner programs, contracts, and agreements are in full compliance with company policies and strategic business needs.
• Resolve Partner-Related Issues:
• Address any partner-related concerns, such as pricing disputes, product issues, or sales challenges, identifying and executing alternative solutions for resolution.
• Stay Informed on Market Trends:
• Conduct ongoing research on emerging technology trends and competitive landscapes to recommend potential new partnerships that align with the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing Technology/IT partnerships, with a preference for those experienced in software solutions
• Demonstrated success in negotiating deals and managing partner relationships
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and planning skills
• Native Thai-Speaking is mandatory with professional fluency in English
