IT Sales Executive (Junior - Senior Level)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing sales activities related to our services and solutions
• Establish and develop positive relationship with new customers & maintain good relationship with existing customers
• Understand customers’ need and coordinate with relevant parties for suitable solutions to propose
• Prepare costing quotations and proposals to customers and follow up until closing
• Act as a key coordinator and feedback channel to technical teams on fulfillment of sales contract and ensure smooth delivery to customers
• Supply management with reports such as sales forecasts, pipeline update and sales activities progress
• Provide basic product knowledge to customer
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in Sales or related
• Sales experience in IT industry will be a big plus
• Strong relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Good logic and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command in English and Thai
