Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee key account management and new business development.
• Establish performance metrics, sales forecasts, and incentive structures.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with tools, training, and resources.
• Guide the solution consulting team to design and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored technology strategies.
• Ensure the alignment of solutions with the company’s product offerings and market demands.
• Build and nurture relationships with key technology partners, including global software and hardware vendors.
• Drive joint go-to-market strategies with partners to enhance service offerings.
• Identify and evaluate potential alliances that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing collaborations.
• Oversee the marketing team to develop branding, communication, and lead-generation strategies.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives, including industry events, to position the company as one of market leaders.
• Track and analyze market and business trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
• Define and implement the overall commercial strategy to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to align commercial goals with organizational priorities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all commercial functions.
Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles in the technology consulting or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or IT-related fields; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Expertise in solution consulting and technology services.
• Strong network with technology vendors, partners, and alliances.
