The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources function. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The position reports directly to the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and orientation of new employees.
• Administer and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement a performance management system to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all employment-related legal requirements, including employment laws, equal opportunity regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and in line with industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and developments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in the field of HR management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
