Sales Department Head (Cinere)
About this position
Siloam Hospitals Group (SHG) is seeking a Sales Department Head for its Cinere location to lead business development efforts and strategies aimed at growth across various segments.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of business development efforts, strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure growth of businesses coming from corporate, insurance, as well as current and potential patient across the Group
• Play a business partnering role to the Regional Executive Director(s) to develop capabilities of Regional BD Specialist(s) in driving the implementation of business development and marketing communication Group-wide strategies, policies, and procedures at the regional and unit level
• Periodically review strategies taken to approach corporate and insurance accounts as well as to drive patient growth to identify areas for further improvements (collaborate with other functions across the Group in driving these improvement projects)
Requirements
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• Dealing with large corporates, insurance companies and government authorities
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional team in matrix environment
• Willing to be placed at our Siloam Cinere
