About this position

The Medical Record Technician is responsible for ensuring the completeness of patient medical records, archiving and processing medical records, and maintaining the confidentiality of patient medical records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completeness of patient medical records.
• Archive and process medical records.
• Organize and maintain the confidentiality of patient medical records.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 Medical Record education.
• Valid STR.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Records.
• Ability in diagnosis & procedure coding, data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
• Good responsibility and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat (Kebon Jeruk) area.
