The Marketing & Sales Department Head at Siloam Hospitals Group in Medan will lead and manage the marketing team, oversee offline marketing activities, develop strategic marketing plans, and drive revenue generation.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Hospital Unit marketing team
• Responsible for all Hospital Unit offline marketing activities and revenue generation
• Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to drive awareness and retention
• Guide and coach the marketing team to execute offline marketing initiatives
• Plan, develop and measure performance of marketing campaigns
• Ideate, design, and implement marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research and business development analyses
• Create partnership with corporate, insurance and other potential partners
Requirements
• Experience in Sales & Marketing for 5+ years
• Exposure to handle team & managing other functions (to collaborate/cooperate with the program)
• Available to work onsite at our hospital unit at Medan
